Total profile, including pictures, were fake. I started writing to everyone pictured to see who was real and who was a ghost profile and 12 hours later I was locked out of the site. I explained I signed up because I saw very lengthy profiles and thought I could do the same. I do not believe that I am corresponding with real people but people hired to respond to the messages. Within 8 days of subscribing profile is hacked, and you are not able to get into your profile.
Come on seniors, get out there and mingle! He looks mean in his one photo. They just put a whole bunch of junk up their whole bunch of faces that you never recommend it to anybody to do anything with it. I got a message from someone who was interested. The site has 100 investigators whose job it is to read and approve every profile before it's posted, and there are checks for stolen credit cards. I wonder where these people come from, the gutter? This company needs to be investigated, fined and shut down.
The whole operation is engineered to collect your money and they refuse refunds. I reported it each time and told them their site was unsafe and to warn other users but they just keep saying to report it and they will investigate. So, why would the system set up deceiving the clients? After inputting the correct information, the acct was changed again and at the moment cannot get into the acct. I tried to cancel and delete my profile but they will not refund my money. The easy search function will find anyone in your area that matches the criteria you have set. I was on line recently and acidentally stumbled on the site, before I new it the automatic counter sighned me up again on the credit card i had used prior.
I wonder if these people know their geography. Getting pervy messages from anonymous people really is plain creepy. Worse -they mistakenly changed my profile name to something very sleazy. I contacted ourtime customer service and told him about the events. Ladies beware of these contacts. Ourtime sends fake flirts and slammed my account with photoless profiles.
I was constantly contacted by foreign scam artists who are too stupid to realize that a highly educated person wont fall for their games. I also get the same matches all the time. The worst part is having someone from your site scam me for money I signed up for a 6 month subscription because I finally saw one profile out of hundreds I wanted to reply to. Ok also I agree with whoever said they get same faces. Fine for newcomers to the online dating scene which im def not but my advice would be dont put all your eggs in one basket.

If more people would do the same thing maybe something could be done about companies like this. When I choose not to meet someone,I was accused of being too picky or thinking I was better than. It is not worth it — and i feel really released having not subscribed there. Such a shame that people in their greed take advantage of others. After reading all the reviews posted so far, I am glad to see that I am not alone in my major disappointment with Our Time. Well I went in today just to look around, never will I pay for this site again.
I called the company and they said it was an update. I bow and agree to this statement. After they received my money order. I joined them last spring 2013. The site is supposed to be for over 50 year olds who are looking for a relationship.
